“Mudra” in Sanskrit language means sacred hand gestures. There are hundreds of various figures and combinations made by fingers.
Mudras can be done resting after work, during walk, in meeting or watching TV, but Lotus pose is the best for it. Total duration of exercises – 45 minutes, but it can be divided to 2, 3 or shorter periods.
